Right of withdrawal

If for any reason you wish to return your online purchase, you can return unused articles within 14 days of receipt. This is also called the reflection period.

There are 2 options to do this.
1. Use of our enclosed UPS return sticker
2. Through a self-chosen carrier
Important! In both cases the costs are for the consumer, but they are calculated in different ways.

Option 1 via the enclosed UPS sticker (return costs will be settled afterwards, so no costs in advance)
Follow the steps below to return your items:
x Fill in the return form (included in the box)
x Put the return items in the box
x Make sure the box is properly sealed
x Remove old stickers from the box
x Stick the UPS shipping sticker on the box
x Drop off at a UPS point near you (click here)
x Keep the deposit/delivery receipt carefully

Note: We only accept undamaged articles that are in their original condition, with labels attached.

After the return has been received and approved, we will credit it as soon as possible and proceed with a refund. The full amount including shipping costs will be credited, however the return costs will be discounted. This means that only the purchase value of the product is reimbursed.

Option 2 via a carrier of your choice (the return costs are paid directly to the carrier, so in advance)

If you use a different carrier than UPS, we recommend that you use a carrier service that insures you for the value of the articles you are returning, or that provides you with proof of shipment.

x Make sure the box is properly sealed
x Remove old stickers from the box
x Keep the deposit/delivery receipt carefully

Refund 

If you have made use of your right of withdrawal and return your entire order, your items plus the shipping costs will be refunded. Important! When using the included return sticker, we will settle the return costs with the shipping costs of your order. 

You can also return your order on your own initiative with a carrier of your choice, in this case the return costs are for your own account and will not be settled with the shipping costs. The amount of 1 or more items including the paid shipping costs will be reimbursed.

We will pay you back with the same payment method as you used to buy the article, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to exchange articles.

Fitting articles

During the 14 days reflection period, you may use an article to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the article so that you can do the same in a store. For example, you can try on the article, but not wear it outside.

If you return an article that has been damaged, washed, the labels have been removed, an article is incomplete or a product contains other traces of use that show that you have used the article more extensively than as described above, you are liable for the depreciation of the article caused by you. YAYA will deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded to you.

Faulty articles

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you are entitled by law to a proper article, or as the law calls "a product that complies with the agreement". If you have a complaint about an article you bought online, please contact our customer service. Please enclose as much information as possible, preferably including specific order numbers.

If you have returned an article that is defective, we will also reimburse the return costs that you have incurred.
